How far in advance should I book my party rentals?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular items like Nerf battle sets and concession machines. For peak season (May through September) and holidays, booking 3-4 weeks ahead is ideal. However, we do accept last-minute bookings when inventory allows!

What areas do you deliver to, and how much does delivery cost?

We deliver throughout the Kansas City metro area, including Lansing, Leavenworth, Overland Park, Olathe, Shawnee, and surrounding communities. Delivery is $25 base fee plus $4 per mile from Lansing High School in Lansing, KS (66043). When you enter your event address at checkout, you will see the exact delivery fee based on distance. You can also pick up for free from our Lansing location.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, most rental items require a refundable security deposit that varies by item value. The deposit is collected at the time of booking and fully refunded within 3-5 business days after the equipment is returned in good condition. Deposits for packages range from $25 to $75 depending on the items included.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change! Cancellations made 21 or more days before your event receive a 100% deposit refund. Cancellations 15-20 days out receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date, as we may have turned away other customers.

Are supplies included with concession machine rentals?

Yes! Our concession machine rentals (popcorn, cotton candy, snow cone makers) include supplies for approximately 50 servings. Additional supplies can be purchased at the time of rental if you expect a larger crowd.

How do Nerf battle party rentals work?

Our Nerf battle sets come with everything you need: blasters, safety goggles, and foam darts (200 for 10-player, 400 for 20-player kits). Equipment is delivered clean and ready to use. After your party, simply gather all the equipment and we will pick it up. We recommend designating a battle zone in your backyard or large indoor space.

What happens if equipment is damaged or not returned?

Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. For significant damage or lost items, charges will be deducted from your security deposit. If damage exceeds the deposit amount, you will be billed for the difference. We recommend supervising all equipment use to prevent accidents.
